Leanne Summers

Medical Writer, Pharma Solutions
Wolters Kluwer Health & Pharma Solutions

Leanne Summers is just starting out. She finished her Bachelors of Biomedical Science in 2009 and hasn't looked back since joining the pharmaceutical/medical publishing world embracing many challenges, not least of which is how to sum up an entire clinical trial in a sentence or two. She also writes about pharmacoeconomics and adverse drug reactions all under the guise of Pharma Solutions.

Having had firm roots in New Zealand for the last 5 years she has picked up the kiwi spirit of ingenuity, which has helped her embrace the culture within Wolters Kluwer, working in teams to promote and execute innovative ideas. She is also an avid social media aficionado using the platforms to keep a finger on the pulse, to network and share information; this comes with the territory though, she's Gen Y.

Feel free to connect with her on Linkedin, or twitter @leasummers – she'll be happy to assist, brainstorm, innovate or just chat about NZ wine.
